吸引客戶的無非就是從客戶的利益點、興趣、好奇點等出發(fā),可以是介紹你的產(chǎn)品售后需求少,節(jié)省人力,節(jié)省成本,也可以給客戶發(fā)去他網(wǎng)站產(chǎn)品,他就會好奇你是不是他的客戶,而當客戶主動提問,你就可以將他引導你想要了解的方面上了。
可以參考下面幾種方法,來和客戶溝通交流。
第一種,請教法。我們可以用請教的口吻來跟客戶聊天。
一般來說加到客戶后,就會先向客戶進行推薦,告訴客戶“我能為你做什么”,再讓客戶看我們的網(wǎng)站,但是其實可以換種方法,向客戶真誠請教,這樣推銷的性質(zhì)也不是那么明顯,所以客戶也不會很排斥。
